Our Principal

Hello Cheetah Family!

I am excited to continue my journey as your principal this year! I have been in education since 2006 and have taught fourth and fifth grade in Los Angeles, North Carolina, and Colorado before joining Adams 12 as an Assistant Principal in 2014. I deeply value the impact of education and hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from The University of Colorado, Boulder, and a Master’s in Education from Pepperdine University. I also completed the Educational Leadership program at The University of Colorado, Denver, to build on the knowledge and inspiration I’ve gained from so many great leaders over the years.

For fun, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two young children, bike riding, and taking advantage of all the outdoor activities Colorado has to offer. We love laid-back weekends, ordering food in, and simply enjoying time together outside of our busy work lives.

I am so proud to be part of the Cherry Drive family. Over the past few years, our school has continued to grow as a strong community, achieving recognition as a performance school with some of the highest growth data in the district. I am continually inspired by the dedication of our staff, students, and families, and I know that together we can accomplish anything.
